Apart from generally offered products, we are also able to manufacture products under individual request. Send your technical drawing, 3D model or sample and we will create technology for optimal manufacturing of the product according to your expectation.

Securing products and giving color
Anodising is a surface treatment of metals consisting in the electronic production of an oxide layer. This allows for anti-corrosion and mechanical protection of the metal surface and the creation of non-abrasive coatings in such colors as: red, black, silver, gold.

We use reliable suppliers who have appropriate certificates confirming the quality offered by them. We use for processing such materials as: C45 steel, 40HM and aluminum PA6 and PA9.

- HQR-200MSY 3-head, 2-spindle CNC turning center for reduced cycle times. Highly efficient, integrated with the spindle motor in both the right and left headstocks perform turning with great power and highly precise indexing of the C axis with a pitch of 0.0001°.
